i know we can do that but i just dont know how much cuttin a coil out will drop it

Devs93 10-22-2012 01:20 PM

I dont like cuttin stock coils very much but the reference is 3in in per coil so a hallf a coild would give an 1 1/2

2doorfury 10-22-2012 03:56 PM

Im wanting to go down 2 in the front. As long as cutting the coils for 2 inches wont effect it too much ill try that, thrn 3 inch blocks in rear.

Bearcat91 10-22-2012 04:06 PM

your truck is awesome man! glad i got to hear it in person haha

2doorfury 10-22-2012 04:40 PM

can't do blocks. your axle is under the leafs so they'll actually lift it. and please do cut your coils

Bearcat91 10-22-2012 05:53 PM

Their is a guy on CL selling dim drop springs for 88-98 full size...Idk how compatible they are with your truck

2doorfury 10-22-2012 06:26 PM

Oh no. Im talking about my colorado. The silverado will get the good shit. Lol

2doorfury 10-22-2012 06:27 PM

I found a 2/3 lowering kit for it for 160. 2 inch lowering springs for the front and 3 inch blocks for rear.

e3mcgrath 10-22-2012 07:29 PM

2doorfury 10-22-2012 07:39 PM
