hows' come it won't let me set a avatar pic? shows non option for such a thing. lol

Go to your profile you will see a tab that says customize profile. Click it and on that,page,there will be a toolbar on the left find the edit avatar tab

Try it again. I needed to change some permissions. You should be able to now.
