Not much here. Got some things cookin on the Burb, though.

1. I got some new headlight assemblies ready to put in complete LEDs. Just need to find time to install them
2. I have some new tails on the way. I'm selling my G4s and I've got some stockers that are being smoked that I'll throw some LEDs in along with a smoked 3rd light
3. Once the tails are in I've got someone lined up to buy my G4s. Once that is official I'm ordering a Yukon rear liftgate applique. For those who may not know the Yukon liftgate applique is just plain where the Burb/Tahoe one has the bowtie on it which include guide pin holes so this is essentially the best way to "shave" that bowtie.
4. I'm getting ready to demold and then do a full detail on it

That's the immediate future. After that I'm going to start planning on some more significant changes which will probably happen in the spring. I'll be shaving the rear gate of it's wiper and lift handle as well as shaving the roof rack.

The '77 is doing great! :) Eventually I'm going to convert it over to LEDs as well but I really need to make it a priority to get it's AC up and going. The next thing for it is going to be tint all the way around but right now just been enjoying driving it :)

Here's how it sits now. This week I should be ordering a Yukon rear liftgate applique (essentially shaving that rear bowtie) and a hitch cover closeout which will be color matched. Should make that rear end look real good! Future plans for the rear is shaving the rear wiper and that handle.

Yeah, once those get installed it's really going to clean up that back end. :) I'll be ordering that applique today and the hitch close out in a day or two. Then I'll have to get them painted before install, of course.

That pewter one is pretty nice. I'd definitely take a look at that one. That extended cab with the v6 is no bueno to me. I'd never rock a V6 in a full size truck. Just way too under powered IMO

:D I just couldn't handle a 4.3 in a full size truck. I had it in my '03 Blazer Xtreme back in the day and even in a pretty small vehicle that's low to the ground it was pretty slow. It'd beat a stock Civic (which is pretty sad) but that's about it. I would have expected more pep out of it TBH....

A few years ago I test drove an ECSB (I believe it was a '97 :shrug:) 5-speed with a vortec 305. It drove pretty solid. Had OK pep when getting up to hwy speeds and drove real good. The only reason I can think of why I didn't buy is because the wife can't drive a stick and refuses to learn how :whymewhyme:

on the hwy I get about 20. In town the behemoth gets about 14 or 15 :lol: Oddly enough that's the best MPG of all of my vehicles :happy175: My "green" footprint is almost nonexistent it appears :lol:

side note started a new job kind of. working at a detail shop, putting me through a paid 2 week trial to see how i do. i think its going well! i know how to do mostly everything, something ther are gonna teach me is high speed buffing and cutting and wet sanding a shiz nizz. pretty stoked!

Good I like the long bed a lot but that hoe is just tooo cool! Talked to the guy yesterday. He has owned it for 5 years when it had 70k or so miles. Has 180k now.

Got a muffler installed and attempted a video today for the exhaust but turned out horrible due to wind so I'll have to try tomorrow if it's less windy.

Starting to order a lot of stuff for the audio/video upgrade I'll be doing. Need to get a lot of parts so the install is still a couple months away but so far I have sound deadener, sub ordered, enclosure ordered, and amp will be ordered tonight. Still need to get carpet, component speakers, head unit,....

A little bit but nothing crazy. One JL Audio 10" under the seat. Hertz components in the door. DVD player in the dash. New carpet and of course sound deadner. Should sound really good on the inside. Not really after thumpin down the street though :lol: those days of hearing me thump blocks away are LONG gone :D

Dirty truck is dirty....yes I still need to order a new bowtie but at least you see what the lights look like. Corner mod is on my list of things to do but that'll probably happen this summer after I order a new grill.

Yeah the esky is gone unfortunately. One of the biggest regrets I have. That thing was a fun sleeper. I stillhave the blue truck. And I now have an 01 tahoe. Its pretty stock for now. That will change once the weather warms up. Just bought Iit a few weeks ago. Ill post up a pic or two soon. All ive done since I bought it is window tint new cd player headlight and bumper light housings taillights and got it tuned. Have 2 inch drop for the ass ordered and a few other small things

Went with PIONEER AVH-X7500BT. Single din for now but will upgrade to DD in the future. This one has many of the features of a DD but just easier and cheaper to install for now. The kit to use to have the DD fit and look nice was more than I wanted to spend at the moment.

Grabbed a denali/esky cluster off a guy on gmt400 last night.

Difference in what I have now is this goes up to 120 mph (mines goes to 100) and this one is filled with LEDs already :D

I also recently got some interior denali door handles. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for some denali door panels as well. I'll probably also be grabbing some smoother exterior door handles to color match.

HEY! burb is looking awesome!

Dad got a new truck and he gave me is 02 f150 fo free! Rusty but better than nothing. Flew up from NC and we started knocking out some codes we pulled (damn inspections in NC) fixed a leak around the PCV and replaced the egr. Tried to take a short cut and take the egr off with out removing the upper intake and snapped a bolt :( took 20 minutes to take the intake off and would of saved 2 hours Lmao. Any ways luckily we ended up taking the intake off and saw the egr port was CLOGGED BAD!!!!! all good now and no codes :) and apparently AZ can't reset codes now????

installed the stereo and put in new carpet while I was at it as well as covered the black inserts in suede. The bottom of the door will be black suede as well as will the headliner. Good progress for the '98 :) this thing sounds GOOD now.

It'll be two tone for at least a good while. It may eventually be all black but not for a while if that happens
