For sale/wanted
 

I say we post up a for sale/wanted section so we can help each other out or maybe give a project to a good home.

I will add it later rt now i wanna get some members involved on the forum first. There will be a min post count before you can post in that section when the time comes.

It will be added when he skins it. I think the post count will be 25 or 50 to be able to post in it. The reason for the post count is to keep people from signing up selling something and never coming back

i'd say the lower the better, at least at first

I agree with leaving at 50 posts min for the classifieds section. Most of the forums im on do this. For the exact reason of people joining up just to sell.

4 or 5 more post from a couple members and you will have ths section!

I would actually encourage the minimum to be higher like around 120. That way there's a smaller likelihood of someone just whoring for a couple of days to get to 50 without really contributing. 120 sets the bar higher so that someone has to actually contribute prior to selling.

I dont want it that high, hell ive been on tyf for over a year and I think I just now have enough posts on there to post in the fs section. The thing about this forum is most either know each other is a friend of a friend

That's a good point and it'll be that way for a while. As you grow and get bigger and people start coming in that no one knows might be something to consider :shrug: I know what mean about not wanting it to be too high, though.

yea it will have a diff background than we have now and it will have members vehicles...when you switch pages it will rotate to diff vehicles
